Village is a place of learning, sensemaking and playful seriousness for people interested in organisational development and culture.

A villager described the Village as an arena where you could tap into the field of collective wisdom, and where anyone of us can pop a grain of sand into the mussel, which then slowly but surely turns into a pearl.

Welcome to the Village! A community of practice of sorts where deep conversations take place in playful ways and where the rational and emotional perspectives are equally present as the relational perspective and embodied experience.

It is also a place where we allow ourselves to explore the winding alleys and pathways curiously and a place where we can dream and imagine about the different expeditions and journeys to embark on outside the Village. The Village is a shelter and has place for anyone that want to learn, to play, to explore, to grow, to be vulnerable, to be transparent and to connect.
